• Quiet time from 11pm to 7am
• Payments must be made in full before entry
• No Pets!
• No Smoking of any kind in the house.
• Lease must be signed before entry.
• Steps will be shoveled and sanded upon arrival, thereafter it is your responsiblity.
• Plowing of driveway is provided.
• Do not exceed maximum occupancy (8) or be evicted without refund.
• All keys must be returned to avoid $20 per key, lost key charge.
